A genuine hidden gem for the most special rugs, the gentleman who runs it is very helpful and friendly. The hidden room in the back has gorgeous one of a kind pieces, it was amazing to see the hand made ones. Go if you want a unique rug!
Our house has been transformed overnight with a selection of beautiful rugs, thanks to the patience and encouragement we received from Zak and Bobby. They are wonderful to deal with, making our experience a real treat. We can't wait to add some more rugs to our collection over time.
Having spoken to both brothers who run this business, I can say that they are a pleasure to deal with. I was in the shop for over an hour choosing the rug I wanted. I get easily overwhelmed when confronted with too much choice but Zak guided me through the process, making it as painless as possible. And, the choice is simply overwhelming. In the end I bought a beautiful rug that makes my room feel warm and cozy. Would highly recommend this shop.
Fantastic choice and really helpful staff, they even let us take two rugs home to see which would suit out room the best as we could not decide. They will do everything they can to show you options and advise you when making a choice. I couldn't recommend this shop highly enough, shame you can't give 6 stars. Thanks to everyone there.

Bought a large rug, when I got it home it wasn't quite right. No probs with exchanging it. Bobby and Zac are so helpful and patient. There are so many beautiful rugs it is difficult to choose.
Caters for all wants from a very simple mat all the way up to some beautiful hand made pieces. Very helpful staff who just want to make sure you get what you are looking for.
Found this place by accident. Did all the usual stores trying to find the right rug but pleased we didn’t buy elsewhere. Got a quality handwoven one. Great service and a pleasure to deal with. Will be back for sure.

Just been to rugs direct in Gateshead. We needed a 10ft plus runner for our new hallway flooring. Fantastic choice of quality rugs and runners, actually in stock ,which today is a rarity. So happy with our choice which looks fabulous down, and Bobby the sales guy was very helpful. No need to go anywhere else.
